Fire:
The element of FIRE is associated with mental functioning of a person and our behavior. It is our active / dynamic part which makes us act
If a man is too submissive to desires, anger, attachment to earthly goods, envy, greed and arrogance and therefore oriented towards the outside world, his inner strength subsides, which soon leads to exhaustion and other aspects of poor welfare, including health problems. At an excessive pace of life the man walks towards a complete burnout. He becomes irritable, aggressive and can no longer concentrate.
A balanced fire element gives a person a sense of healthy self-esteem, inner strength and light, with which he inspires everybody around him, and disseminates his energy.
Earth:
The element of earth gives a person vitality, stability and life force to face the reality of everyday life - that is "to stand on the ground." Ther inability to be down to earth and cope with everyday life and the hunt for material goods are signs that the earth element is in imbalance. When a man is completely blinded by these material desires he is no longer capable of seeing a wider pictures – the life itself. When this element is in balance and operates accordingly, a person can carry out his plans, he is reliable, stable and persistent in his actions, takes good care of his body and is loving to mother Earth.
Water:
WATER Element is linked to the emotional side of our essence and to energy system. It is part of us that feels and receives impressions of the world. Often a man is either too sensitive, identifying with the feelings of others to such an extent that they "choke him" or completely unsympathetic. In this case, this element is in disequilibrium. Too much empathy as well as complete lack of it causes the inability to comprehend one’s own boundaries and thus the loss of identity itself. This host or lack of emotions that present an unnecessary load on a man’s journey through life, can be cleansed with water. The man becomes compassionate, calm, there is harmony in his relationships with others and he himself becomes a source of solace and inspiration for everyone else around him.
Air:
The element of AIR plays a major role in a person’s feeling of freedom and his interaction with the environment. It is the generator of fresh ideas and directs his way of thinking according to the level of the person’s connection with this element.
Imbalance in this element causes the person’s poor performance,, a mismatch between his emotional and mental experience of various situations. The main indicators are a heart pain and suffering, which may be reflected in stress, mental imbalance (depression, anxiety),. such a man is incapable of establishing a normal healthy relationship with people aroung him and finds it difficult to accept everything that is different from him.
The element of air assist us in our openness to change and a sense of freedom and tolerance to various aspects of our external environment. It is the father of judgement/reason that helps us develop and implement its transformation into a useful propery of our character - wisdom
