The right to cancel the purchase, the return of goods
14 days after the receipt of the ordered items the client has the right to send a written notice about his/her withrawal from the contract without being required to give reasons for such a decision. Also return of the items without prior notice in 30 days after the purchase is possible.. In The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging and quantitatively unchanged. The only cost for the client if he/she withdraws from the contract in such a way is the cost of returning the goods. The buyer returns the goods to: KOJ d.o.o, Slovenska cesta 60A, Menges. The provider refunds to the purchaser the full purchase price no later than fifteen (15) days after the receipt of the returned goods.
Delivery time
Online Shop RuneAmulet.com wishes to comply with the requests of its customers, therefore the purchased goods are delieved to the clients’ home addresses or any other indicated addresses in the Republic of Slovenia and abroad. The delivery is executed by Slovenian postal services.
For goods in stock the delivery time is up to 5 woking days (usually 2 days), but in case the ordered goods are not in stock, the client will be immediately notified and the estimated time of delivery will be specified..
Shipping costs
The cost of shipment depends on the weight of the purchased products themselves, namely:
€ 3.80 for the shimpment of a parcel weighing up to 250 g
€ 4.00 for the shipments of a parcel weighing between 250 g and 500g
€ 5.00 for the shipments of a parcel weighing between 500 g and 1000g
€ 0.00 (FREE) for the purchase value of € 50.00 or more.
The cost of shipment is charged for each purchase separately. If a consignment consists of several partial deliveries, the cost of shipment is unique, namely the one calculated at the purchase.
Ordering process
1. step – in the online store you choose the products you wish to buy. When you are satisfied with the selection, click Next
