This text is for those who want to try Rún Valdr system of runes. As said before, you do not need any prior knowledge, but because a new user is unatuned (you get this atuenement when you become Rún Valdr master practitioner and is passed to you by another master) your energy level is not as high and neither are the effects. A buyer of our elemental coin with runes of course receives a working and activated rune on master energy level.

To activate, or use, runes and other symbols visualise the image of the rune or symbol and repeat its name three times. During the visualization, concentrate on the chosen image and picture it in your mind until you can see it clearly in front of you. If you have any troubles with visualization or do not have the time needed for a thorough meditation (which is quite common these days), you should have a closer look of the rune on the amulet. You can say the name of the rune in your mind only or as loudly as possible.

When the chosen rune or symbol is activated, it stays active and another activation is not needed. When you wish to increase its strength or you desire something particular, focus on a short meditation with the chosen rune and ask it to help you fulfil the desire. It is always better to ask than to demand and we must never ever ask for something negative. The very moment you wish something bad or negative would happen to someone or something, the rune or the symbol will embrace the negative energy and cease to work. To reactivate it and make it work again will take you a lot of time and hard work.
All this is valid also for a personal rune made for every individual according to his or her wishes and needs.
Besides the use of a single chosen or personal rune, tere are three other ways to use Rún Valdr runes and those are healing, tuning and making of magical objects.
Healing
1. If used for distance healing, first of all Reloxon symbol should be used to make sure the distance, or time, is bridged. If that is not a case of distance healing, leave out this step.
2. Start with Shai Nal performance which goes through the person’s body. Keep visualizing this symbol while working. All other symbols will be part of Shai Nal. Place hands on the second chakra (sacral chakra, very close to the spleen, near the loins) and the top of the head.
3. Pick Man, Lagy or Ehwaz??? (or according to the case a combination of runes) to focus on the mind, subconscious or body, respectively.
4. Use Han-so to initiate the transformation. The circular part should be centered on the second chakra.
5. Use any other symbol or rune as appropriate to the case.
6. Calmly and firlmly state the purpose and goal of the procedure.
7. Use Shambul symbol to activate the effect.
8. Keep visualizing Shai Nal, seeing it emitting a red or golden light that comes out of the person’s skin. Feel them changing.
9. When done, use Tunai to finish off the healing and seal the attunement.
Cosmic attunement:
1. Use Grimbol symbol over the person with the circle centered on the second chakra (sacral chakra). Watch the person become the symbol.
2. Starting with runes and following with the other symbols, activate and place each one in the circular part of Grimbol. See each rune and symbol slide down the long line of Grimbol to rest inside the circular part.
3. When done, use Tunai to seal the attunement. See Tunai becoming very big, entirely covering the Grimbol symbol and eventually also the person receiving the attunement.
Making Magical Objects
1. Use Shai Nal and Haxo on the object you wish to activate.
2. Use the second Grimbol symbol - the one with extra lines. This Grimbol is for inanimate objects. See the object become the symbol. Place in Shai Nal and Shambul, followed by any other runes, Rún Valdr symbols you desire.
3. Tell the object its purpose, i.e. what you want it to do.
4. Use Relanor to establish a one-way conduit to a power source (sun, moon, elemental planes, another galaxy, the earth, etc.). Tell the object that it may draw on the power from the source as often as it needs and use as much energy as it needs to fulfill its purpose. You may use multiple sources of power.
5.Use Turan to seal the attunement.
